So, I went to Flames training camp a couple of weekends ago. After the drills were all done, the players either leave the ice, or stay out for a while to work on things.
Flames centreman Mikael Bäcklund is the only guy I've ever seen fight for every puck in practice. He really wants to be better every time he's on the ice.
Here's hoping that he what he considers a great season....
